As per Health Canada rules regarding customer safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product sold is defective or being recalled by the manufacturer. In case of defective product or recalled, please come into the store along with the receipt; see a manager or supervisor, who shall be able to help you with return or exchange.
